Team Lead - Internet Analyst

Karmahub is looking for Chinese language Team Lead Internet Analyst to join us for a data matching, research, verification and correction task. You will have the flexibility and freedom to work from your own home or working at your own hours. Must attend weekly conference calls (using Skype/video) to discuss your questions, your team’s delivery and self-prepare. Payment will be based on your team’s completion of the agreed upon tasks within the specified time period at defined quality level. Screening process for Lead include resume and video interview.

Work Responsibilities:
• Build a team: you will select a team of native Chinese “Internet Analyst” in your team, qualification requirements for “Internet analyst” we will share with you.
• Train your team for given task to verify, research, match and correct data.
• Responsible for team’s work for work delivery at defined quality standard in defined time.
• Daily report of work done and quality
• Weekly Skype video call with project manager
Qualifications:
• Fluency in reading, and verbal Chinese. Applicant must read and understand materials and communication in English.
• Able to work independently from home
• Able to lead a team, deliver high quality results
• Responsible and able to complete tasks as defined in task requirement document in timely manner
• Has been an internet user for a long time and is familiar with the many websites that are popular.
• Ideal candidate have a curious/investigative mind, understand and enjoy problem solving. Asks questions without being prompted and want to know more.
• Regularly and consistently works part-time or full time hours per day.
• Have a laptop or desktop with high speed internet connection. And anti-virus software.
• At least 18 years of age
Contracting Conditions:
• Full time or Part-time (for part time you must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week)
• Independent contractor agreement
