Mystery Shopper

POSITION: Mystery Shopper

LOCATION: SQM is a Toronto-based research company that is seeking Mystery Shoppers in Zhengzhou, Henan, China.

FULL/PART-TIME: Working with SQM will most likely result in a few assignments per month, depending on the number of available assignments in your area. The assignments should be something that you can incorporate into your current lifestyle and should not be depended upon as a full-time job.

DESCRIPTION: Mystery Shoppers will evaluate restaurants, retail locations, and other service-based industries. As a Mystery Shopper, you will dine in the restaurant, or shop in the store that you are assigned, act how a regular customer would act, and fill out a customized report based on your experience. As a Mystery Shopper, you will work as either a part-time employee, or as an independent contractor on an as-needed basis.

As a Mystery Shopper, you will receive a nominal fee per evaluation. This fee will vary depending on the amount of time it takes to complete the assignment. The fee will be indicated on the instructions of each assignment. In addition to this, you will also be reimbursed for expenses that you are asked to incur for the sake of the inspection.

QUALIFICATIONS: SQM seeks mature, reliable, detail oriented people with either knowledge or experience in customer service. Successful candidates will have a critical eye for detail, an excellent memory, a proven ability to follow instructions, and be able to work independently.
