Marketing and Finance Manager

Summary
The primary objective is to build a business and brand presence from the ground up. This includes creating and executing a marketing plan; guide, train and lead the team. The position calls for skills in market research, marketing research, social media management, financial analysis and financial record keeping. Along with their teams, they coordinate accounting and produce financial reports, and profit projections. Aside from working with numbers, the manager must also help the team to understand their complex reports, which requires significant communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader
- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
- Collaborate to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Developing strategies and long-range plans, directing investments, preparing financial reports and developing financial procedures, according to organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
- Proficiency in English (Chinese is not a must but preferred.)
- Advance knowledge in Excel and Accounting software to produce and record accounting information will be welcomed
- At least 2 years’ working experience
- Good at team management and has leadership skills
- Experience in taking the lead in the development and implementation of strategic marketing, finance and forecast planning.
- Decision-making, negotiation and strategic-thinking skills
