Financial Analysis Internship

LINK Group is a real estate development company based in Shanghai, China. We acquire and renovate residential apartments, office buildings, warehouses, and hostels in the greater Shanghai area. The company is divided into two departments; the investment side, who engages in collecting capital from cross border investment; and the developer side, who is responsible for design, renovation and maintenance. Requirements and Skills
- Foundational knowledge in math and strong technical skills to understand company’s investment opportunities
- Knowledge of procedural controls and data validation techniques
- Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems, must have strong Excel skills
- Understanding of management accounting concepts and its application to their business
- Financial modeling knowledge and understanding of financial statements
- Ability to research and evaluate external audits in order to build your own analysis
Tasks and duties for financial analyst position
- Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions
- Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs used to illustrate technical reports
- Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yields, stability, future trends in investment risks, economic influences etc
- Prepare plans of action for investment based on financial analyses
- Determine the prices at which securities should be syndicated and invested at
Intern learning Outcomes
As an intern you will learn how to effectively create and analyze financial reports by collecting, monitoring, and studying data, before learning how to present the report. The goal for our interns is to gain an insight into various markets that will enhance their knowledge and qualifications for future career prospects.
