The company is divided into two departments; the investment side, who engages in collecting capital from cross border investment; and the developer side, who is responsible for design, renovation and maintenance. Requirements and Skills
- Advance knowledge in Excel and Accounting software to produce and record accounting information will be welcomed
- Math and detail-oriented skills
- Decision-making, negotiation and strategic-thinking skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Analytical skills, ability to visualize, and solve complicated problems and make accurate and informed decisions
- High ethical standards and professionalism, since intern often will be responsible for the banking and bookkeeping of the company
Tasks and duties for Accounting position
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage outsourced functions.
- Collect and Summarize current financial information.
- Prepare financial statement reports.
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
- Secure financial information by completing data base backups.
- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
Intern learning Outcomes
As an intern you will learn how to effectively read and understand daily financial information, how to make excellent financial statements such as balance sheet, cash flow statement, income and expense statement as well as other reports. Also, you will learn how to prepare the company’s projects, annual budget and prepare information in designing the company’s overall development policy.
