Job summary:
Take the lead in assisting Transferees to identify suitable properties within their stated parameters by selecting property shortlists. Once a property selection is made, negotiate the lease agreement on behalf of the customer and follow through the leasing paperwork and move-in arrangements. Manage Client relationship through daily contact and responding to Client requests.
To meet and guide Transferees in choosing property and settling into life in China including housing tours, area familiarization tours, school visits, and settling in services.
CRITICAL DIMENSIONS:
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
• Culcure sensitive
• Team player
• Knowledge of Shanghai real estate is preferred
