HR Supervisor and English Tutor

in Chengdu
Native English Speaker required for a dual role in Chengdu: HR activities such as recruitment, training and development, payroll, etc., as well as one-on-one English Tutoring.
• Native speaker, with experience teaching young children.
• Bachelor’s degree
• ESL certificate (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) preferred
• Some business or HR experience preferred.
• 40 working hours per week, including 3.5 office hours per day (Monday to Friday) and up to 22.5 teaching hours (including travel time) per week. If the teaching hours are not reached, the time will be added to office hours; if the teaching hours are exceeded, the additional time will be paid at a higher ‘overtime’ rate.
• Two days off per week (weekend or weekday, depending on the teaching schedule). Schedule will be set in advance with at least one week notice of any changes.
• Basic monthly salary of 8,000 – 10,000 RMB (depending on qualifications and experience), plus 1,000 RMB housing allowance and a KPI-based bonus of 1,500 RMB (giving a range of 10,500 to 12,500).
Hourly ‘overtime’ teaching rate is 100 – 150 RMB (depending on qualifications and experience).
• Work visa provided
• Airport collection, 5-day hotel allowance, and assistance finding an apartment for new arrivals to Chengdu
• Worldwide health coverage through a US-based insurance company
