Our office in Beijing is seeking a foreign CEO assistant with ambition to grow.
This is an entry-level position suited to a young, dynamic and well-organized person who takes a strong interest in Human Resources, Executive Search and Chinese culture. The position will report directly to the CEO, the candidate will assist the CEO in different business areas, Talent Search, Recruitment, Management, Business Development; Participate in the Business Development strategic decisions, Participate in meetings with customers, implement the company’s introduction and conduct negotiation, search talents worldwide, organize and manage interviews with high-end candidates, coordinate the overseas department with Chinese team, continuously establish new contacts and build the company’s network, build and maintain customer database; usually travel inland to meet customers.
Requirements:
- Young, Motivated, well-organized with proactive attitude
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Proficient in verbal Mandarin, written proficiency is a plus
- Nationality: Europe, USA, Australia, Canada
- Education: Bachelor degree or above
- Have lived in China for at least one year
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, good team spirit
- Flexible, able to travel inland for business trips
- Well organized, sharp and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong adaptability and learning ability
