Position:
We are seeking a foreigner for Human Resource manager. The successful candidate will be maintaining and enhancing the company’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations human resources policies, programs, and practices. Human resource manager will be responsible for recruiting and build efficient team to grow the company, as well as arranging company documents and creating company administration systems.
Requirements and Skills:
-Minimum 2 years of Human Resource experience
-Very good command of English and Chinese
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Need to be detail orientated
-Strong problem solving, organization and negotiation skills
-Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with employees
