Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Perform customer verifications
Manage customers' accounts
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Record details of actions taken against compliant
Administration Management
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Person Specification
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
knowledge of customer service principles and practices
knowledge of relevant computer applications
numeric, oral and written language application
Fluent in Russian is a Must
Female
Starting date: Asap
Duration: 12 to 24 month
Compensation: 5000 Yuan per month (Train Tickets will be provided if relocation is needed)
Welfare package: 1. Visa document sponser, 2.insurance, 3. Accommodation will be provided. 5. After one year successful employment, company provide return tickets for staff what want to visit his/her home country.
Training will be provided.
