Rapidly growing manufacturing company based in the United States with significant international operations is conducting a search for a Chief Financial Officer for all of its operations in China. The Chief Financial Officer will manage all accounting and financial reporting matters, work together with senior operations executives at each facility in China, and communicate closely with the management team in the company’s corporate headquarters in the United States. Qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management and a proven record of excellence in managing financial operations of manufacturing facilities. Job requirements include: University degree in accounting or finance, Chartered Accountant/CPA/or equivalent, strong oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, experience with large ERP systems is a plus, knowledge of foreign currency accounting/translation issues, and excellent knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP). Candidates with work experience or educational experience in the United States is a plus as well. Position is based in the Shanghai area.
•Compensation: Anticipated gross base salary of $150,000 - $225,000 plus housing/transportation allowance, bonus and benefits is negotiable and dependent upon candidate experience.
