Culinary Training Officer –Chengdu city, China

Job duties:
- to plan and implement a 2 month basic culinary training module to 20 Culinary arts students
- to conduct practical lab class and prepare Western dishes with the students
- to provide an English-speaking class environment
Qualifications:
-25-50 yrs old
-minimum of 2 years culinary experience in fine dining restaurants/cruise ships/ hotels
-shipboard experience is preferred
-ability to speak English fluently and clearly
-class management and training experience is a must
Job Benefits:
