HR Executive/Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are a Singapore based HR consultancy company, currently expanding aggressively and looking for top talents to join our Shanghai team.
With around 100 people in our Shanghai office, and 250 in China, we are now looking to add 20 more people to join our Shanghai office, and 15 more over Mainland China.
Requirements:
1. University degree
2. Sourcing skills
3. Event organizing: Able to organize events & forums
4. Negotiation skills: Able to negotiate win - win terms for candidates & company
5. Planning & organizing: Ability to execute a variety of tasks on multiple projects concurrently
6. Interpersonal skills: Particular advanced listening skills and excellent telephone etiquette
7. Writing skills: Ability to construct concise, descriptive, and evaluate written summaries
8. Basic skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
9. Language: Fluent English is a must. Basic Chinese and other European languages a plus, but not mandatory
Starting date: Negotiable
Package: Base pay + commission + holidays
