Responsibilities:
1. Survey market to establish opportunities and objectives.
2. Organize and update shared merchandising, content and reservations calendars across editorial and business development teams.
3. Assist in the day-to-day management of affiliate marketing accounts.
4. Supporting the management of existing accounts.
5. Develop solid relationships with clients and carriers by providing them with excellent customer service..
6. Strategize, write and edit promotional newsletter campaigns, advertising campaigns.
7. Conduct and analyze research to identify potential customers.
8. Assist in planning and executing consumer events and trade shows.
9. Assist in planning new product launch campaigns, and PR outreach.
10. Work with a team to evaluate and drive existing operational methods.
11. Establish and maintain an open path of communication with leaders and team members.
12. Assist in various duties as needed.
13. Create and maintain process for follow-up on sales and marketing activities.
14. Document sales activities and associated outcomes to track success from initiation to completion.
Job Requirements：
1. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to work individually or on a team.
2. Detail-oriented, quick learner, meticulous.
3. Strong organization and time management skills.
4. Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
5. Out-going, self-motivated, flexible and well organized: Empathetic and personable demeanor.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software quickly.
7. Ability to work effectively on a team.
