Hotel Guest Relation Manager

Full-time at A Resort & Spa Hotel in Nanjing

Main Responsibilities:
1. assists the Front Office Manager to organize and implement the work in organizations and teams.
2. assist the manager in handling guest complaints and solve the emergency events.
3. collect the hotel guest comments.
4. maintain good relationship with clients, VIP guests.
5. special needs of guests and to offer condolences.

Job location: Nanjing or Suzhou, Jiangsu province
