On behalf of one of our clients. PapayaMobile was one of the first teams to bring social gaming to mobile, produced over 13 titles on Symbian, Java and eventually Android and iPhone when those platforms were released. The first global hit was Papaya Farm on iOS and Android. After attracting tens of millions of users to Papaya games, we gave third-party developers a fast and easy way to distribute and monetize their games by providing APIs, SDKs and the first ever mobile game engine built specifically for social games. With over 1,000 titles connecting to Papaya’s network, more than 110 million users enjoyed the social features Papaya provided in mobile games. After spending 5 years at Google, Papaya founder Si Shen, CEO joined together with Qian Wenjie, CTO to form PapayaMobile in 2008. Headquartered in Beijing, Papaya quickly expanded expanded with teams in San Francisco and London.We are seeking interns for their Beijing head office.
Responsibilities:
1. Explore and find interesting local activities to be featured on a smart event recommendation platform.
2. Write and update material for these events based on various content sources.
3. Select and edit photos to accompany the events to be featured.
4. Capable of working independently with little supervision.
5. Executes/recommends mitigation options based on analysis of situations
6. Support internal teams in testing and debugging products
7. Assist Project Engineers with energy audits and performing energy savings calculations
Job Requirements：
1. Native level of English
2. Enthuiasm of discovering cool things to do.
3. Strong writing skills
4. Experience with writing, editing, photography and photo editing
5. Ability to brainstorm and work creatively as part of a team.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills as well as attention to detail
