Position Description for IT intern
Goldwind Science and Technology is one of the world’s top wind turbine manufacturing companies, with over 5000 employees worldwide and offices in the US, Australia, South Africa and Germany. We are looking for an IT intern that will assist in the development, running, and maintenance of the company’s software, as well as assisting in system development and support. The IT intern will also be required to participate in exchanging and evaluating ideas about the IT projects. This nice, paid internship position is located in a dynamic environment at our Yi Zhuang office in Beijing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to foreign employees
- Make manuals for foreign employees
- Provide desktop support for foreign employees
- Develop and assist the IT team in improving and testing of
the English interface of system applications
- Communication of the IT practices to foreign employees
- Establish and operate BBS for foreign employees
- Share new ideas and ways of thinking with Chinese
employees
- Teaching of English to Chinese employees
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Management, IT, Communication or
Media studies with IT related skill sets.
• Related experience in the field
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a
multicultural setting
• Proficiency of Mandarin is a pre
