Director of Global Operations
Many companies have title inflation. We don’t. This is currently our most demanding position, and equals the responsibilities of GMs or VPs of many other companies.

Responsibilities
- Own all facets of the OnePlus e-commerce experience, including product, technical platform, operations, and logistics.
- Be one of the key driving forces behind our globalization.
- Help form and execute OnePlus’ future expansion strategy through leading business development efforts.
- Make sure all teams and operations run optimally while demonstrating continuous improvement.
- Recruit, lead, and retain relevant talent.
Requirements
- A minimum 5 years of management experience in operations, e-commerce, logistics or software engineering.
- An education background from a top university and/or valuable experience from a tier-1 company.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and creative instincts to think outside of the box as we push our innovative business model. We aren’t afraid of shaking things up.
- A deep understanding of the consumer internet, e-commerce and mobile space.
- Proven leadership skills with vision, intellect and humility.
- Strong analytical ability to run operations with a strategic and data-driven approach.
- The hunger, confidence, and intelligence to change the world.
