Interior Designer

Profile / Qualifications/Experience:
1. European Interior Designer currently residing in China and / or available to attend an interview in Shanghai on short notice.
2. 10+ years of experience as an interior designer (office, hotel, restaurant, building selling office, clubhouse, lobby, villa or apartment).
3. Strong knowledge of the design process, including specifications, color, lighting and materials.
4. Outstanding creative design ability, familiar with international design projects and progressive, modern trends and projects.
5. Working experience in China
6. Software skills to include AutoCAD, Sketch up as well as knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Lead, guide and mentor designer team(s) in developing outstanding design concepts for workplace environments.
2. Work collectively on concept designs and presentations for tenders and competitions.
3. Be able to communicate with clients and clarify project scope.
4. Mentor, train, and supervise the team(s) to produce excellent designs and detailing standards.
Benefits：

3. 5 working days every week, 9:00-17:30, 1 hour lunch time. No overworking allowance；
4. Annual 15 days paid holiday (excluding national holidays)；
5. Salary to be determined according to individual ability (from 3200USD to 5500USD)；
6. Security fee and tax will be paid by the company；
7. At least 15% increase of salary and longer annual holiday after one year；
8. 2 years contract once enrolls；
