Marketing Intern
Job spec overview: Create more buzz around brand & get new/potential clients motivated to buy into our solutions.
1. Event Management
-Organise promotion events, speaker seminars, public seminars
2. Publicity Materials
-Compose publicity material for the above
3. News & Social Media
-Use online media such as Linked-in & Weibo. Establishment of Weichat as a new tool.
-Assist in creation & content development of our monthly newsletter
4. Database Management
-Increase & enhance quality of existing database. Grow database
5. White Paper Development/Client Research Paper
-Engage clients and research local trends in HR & Training industry
6. Other Ad-Hoc Projects
-These will be discussed on a case by case basis
Requirements:
-Currently reside in Shanghai, China
-Business related degree course preferable.
-Some familiarity with marketing campaign software such as Mail Chimp a bonus
-Fully conversant in English, Chinese a bonus
-Presentable, confident communicator
-Able to work for 3 month period
-Part-time project work, based from home mostly
-Open and hard-working mindset
Note: This is an internship and there will be no remuneration. It is an exciting opportunity for you to get some hands-on experience in real business situations for a company working with some of the biggest companies in the world.
A large portion of the work can be completed from home- no need to stay in an office all day
