This is a unique opportunity to work closely the Founder and President of Red Gate International. The job will be high-paced at times but there will opportunity to work on projects and go with the President to filming and media events. There will also be a lot of opportunity to learn the business and grow and develop your skills.

Job Responsibilities

1.Basic office administration duties including dealing with confidential information, reports and documents, answer telephone calls and take messages, emails, and organizing the President’s business and personal contacts.
日常行政支持，包括处理机密文件、接听来电并妥善处理留言、管理邮件、管理总裁的工作行程及个人社交联络
2.Will arrange the President’s domestic and international travel itineraries, schedule business trips, hotel reservations, etc.
安排总裁国内外的差旅行程、机票预订、预定酒店等
3.Schedule business meetings and keep the President constantly updated on his schedule.
安排会议，及时提醒总裁会议安排及变动
4.Handle tasks given by the President in a timely manner
及时完成总裁交代的任务
5.Support and help the film crew and production crew during filming and other projects
为摄制组及后期制作提供支持
Job Requirements and Skill

1.Motivated and enthusiastic
态度积极，对工作充满激情
2.Excellent written English and native Chinese
书面英文水平流利，中文母语
3.University graduate who can translate from English to Chinese
本科学历或以上，英汉翻译能力扎实
4.Excellent time management and computer skills are a must
出色的时间管理能力和办公软件运用能力（硬性要求）
5.An interest in media, TV production and marketing is important
对媒体行业、电视制作、市场营销有浓厚兴趣
6.Office administration and/or personal assistant experience is a plus
