About the position
1) We are currently recruiting for the positions of: Receptionist / Administrative Support Executive / Assistant for our headquarters based in Guangzhou, China.
Job Description
Documentation and Administration works for the Client Support Department.
Ensure that all tasks and projects assigned are completed with efficiency and effectiveness.
Some travelling to Government Bureaus and/or Clients offices expected.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any discipline.
1 year related working experience (Visa and/or Incorporation related companies a plus).
Good English language abilities (Minimum CET 6 or above) preferably with additional language fluency.
Female with pleasant deposition preferred for position of Receptionist.
