Technical quality controller

Megametal is a Dutch importing company that is Located in Roosendaal, the Netherlands. We are specialized in outsourcing technical metal parts to several factories in China. In order to secure its quality, Megametal employs several employees in China already.
Currently we are looking for a an enthusiastic employee with technical a background in China. This technical background could have been retrieved by either by education or possible hobbies. You should be able to give advice regarding possible errors during the production process, and possess the skills to make technical drawings.
Job description:
The employee will be located at the office of one of our main suppliers. Here you will track the process of the on-going orders, and report this to the Dutch office. Regularly you will visit the factories where the products are being produced. There you will monitor the process and do quality checks according to the given requirements. This information should be processed in a report with a clear conclusion for the Dutch office. Besides that you will travel within China to visit potentially new suppliers. The overall goal is to improve communication between the Chinese factories and the office, and to improve the quality of the products.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Technical background
- Knowledge of the Chinese culture/language
- Self-reliant and assertive personality
