Senior QA (Foreign candidates based in China only)

Report to: QA Team Leader
Client introduction:
As the worldwide leading provider of excellent customer relation management, our client operates a growing number of face-to-face contact centers worldwide. They are famed for providing an exceptional standard of personal customer service with unrivaled levels of security, management control and transparency. Their operations include providing customer care, technical support and visa services to clients.
Successful candidates will work in a multi-cultural environment based in Beijing. The client is a major company that provides candiadtes with plentiful opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with the preparation of the functional test plans, integration test plans, system test plans, and regression test plans.
2. Help create and define test procedures.
3. Provide QA training to junior members of the QA team.
4. Analyze functional requirements and technical specifications for correctness and completeness.
5. Create, execute and maintain manual test cases and automation test cases.
6. Log defects and create defect reports.
7. Assist with the patch and release process.
Job Expectations:
1. Take a leadership role within the QA team.
2. Assist with QA management tasks, including planning, reporting and process improvements.
3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to remain focused and driven.
6. Mentor colleagues and new hires.
Requirements:
1. B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years experience working as a QA Engineer in a non-localization capacity.
3. Very good command of oral and written English
4. Both manual testing and automated testing experience.
5. Strong requirements analysis experience.
6. Experience working with PHP and Linux.
7. Experience working in a structured, process driven environment.
8. Preferred Experience:
Experience working in an organization using continuous integration.
Knowledge of Jira/FishEye/Bamboo.
Previous experience working with virtualization/cloud computing.
Salary and benefits:
1. Basic Salary: 15,000 – 25,000 CNY/month (negotiable depending on experience)
2. The position boasts a number of benefits including free gym membership.
