Job Description:
The right candidate will be highly motivated, detail oriented, and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. As well as an ability to contribute to an energetic, fast-paced creative process to develop innovative design solutions. All candidates must be willing to contribute to a team environment.
Candidates will work closely with firm partners to design projects, and will collaborate well with others to see projects through to their completion. Responsibilities will include all drawing preparation, schedule coordination, consultant coordination, permit drawing production, coordinating of contractor bidding and construction administration.
Salary commensurate with education, professional experience and demonstrated knowledge.
Other Requirements include:
1. Professional or graduate degree in Architecture
2. Age: 30 and over
3. Language: English (Chinese ability a plus but not required)
4. Willing to work in ChongQing, China
5. All travel expenses will be taken care of, including: Flight, housing, Visa, and all other related expenses
