China Wide Event – Positions Vacant

Are you interested in joining a 6-month project that will take you throughout all of China?
Wanna test your limits?
Wanna get involved in a once in a life time opportunity? VOK DAMS China, a German event agency will be executing a one month test drive through China. We will temporarily be expanding our event team over the next 6 months and are looking for tough, energized and organized individuals to make the commitment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordination of execution teams
- Planning, scheduling, and management of costs, timelines and logistics
- Development of creative solutions
- In-depth research on venues, routes, locations, concepts, logistics and entertainment solutions
- Copy writing
Requirements:
- A commitment until Mid November
- Willingness to travel extensively for long stretches of time and work long hours
- Experience leading and/or training teams
- Chinese and English language skills
- A creative, organized and resourceful approach, good problem solving skills and a bright and energetic attitude
Highly Desirable:
- German language skills
- 3-5 years working experience in the events industry with automotive clients
- Strong project management experience
- A good grasp of China’s geography and culture
- The ability to contribute and appreciate international and local perspectives
- A background in Marketing, Hospitality or Logistics
We are also interested in specialists from IT, Networking, Information Management and Accounting background
