Project Manager

1. Manage and lead a software development team and fully cooperate with SQA team to ensure the project quality under a cost effective manner.
2. Be responsible for application and system architecture design and rough application design
3. Estimates engineering effort, plan implementation
4. Be responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including investigation tasks, initial design, development, bug fixing, quality engineering, documentation, and general product maintenance.
5.Participate in proposal writing, presentation and requirement discussion that help sales to win the potential opportunity.
1. Bachelors or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Marketing Mgmt.
Masters or graduate degree is desirable.
2. CRM develpment / implementation / services experience required
3. Strong experience in enterprise level software development of applications and Internet applications
4. Experience in working with internal and external partners
5. Ability to interface with all levels in customer organization
6. Good skill on document composing with logical thinking""
