French Restaurant located in Hangzhou, looking for a French Executive Chef with previous experience abroad preferred.
You will be in charge of the kitchen team, the standard and quality of the regular menu, the cost control and of the daily board.
Restaurant and outside event will also be at your charge for the food part.
You will need knowledge in classic French food, pastry and finger food.
