SITE ARCHITECT (SHANGHAI)
Our Client is an International Design company, specialising in Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use projects. They have been greatly involved in numerous iconic projects all around. They are currently looking for a Site Architect to join their prestigious organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* You will be based on site and your responsibilities includes liaising with contractors on architectural related matter * Ensure that the architect’s design and specifications is delivered by the contractor * Responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise * You must have vast technical design knowledge and extensive knowledge of materials and building regulations which is essential in provide immediate solutions * Working with developers, contractors, multi-disciplinary consultancies and client organisations on achieving project’sSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Degree in Architecture or related * You will have at least 5-8 years experience working on medium to large-scale retail and mixed-use commercial projects. * Must have China project experience * MUST be able to converse in MandarinSALARY/BENEFITS
