CAD Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Design Team for the development of ideas and design detailing in Architecture and Interior Design
- Plan and draw schematic and construction drawings
- Handle the team in areas of construction, structural, and M&E
- Build a good rapport with the suppliers and clients
- Understand the various material specifications on detailing
- Perform design works and ensure compliance with the regulatory bodies

Our Client is an International Design company, specialising in Commercial, Residential and Mixed-Use projects. They have been greatly involved in numerous iconic projects all around. They are currently looking for a CAD Designer to join their prestigious organization.
Skills and experience required
- Degree in Architecture or related
- Proficient in AutoCad, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat and MS Office
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail and mixed-use commercial projects
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Highly motivated and a team player
- Excellent Communication skill and MUST be able to converse in English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
