Duties:
- Provide secretarial support such as organizing conference/ seminars; managing meeting and travel schedules; taking minutes and arranging all necessary administrative and logistics support for the office - Assist in Business development activities and project management - Prepare and analyze business and management report and provide recommendation for management use - Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required - Prepare Powerpoint presentations independently to a professional standard for use in conferences/ seminars, briefings and training
Requirements:
- International candidates only - Degree holder preferably in business/ finance/ legal/economics discipline - Excellent command of both written and spoken English - Able to maintain highly confidential information - Fast Learner and willing to perform additional work and special task contribution - Strong MS office skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Lotus Notes - High proficiency in Chinese word processing - Be versatile and have a passion for excellence and personal growth
