Job Description:
Duties:
- Obey Reception Supervisor's leadership, to provide first-class service to guests according to the standard and procedure;- Responsible for visitors and guests' registration, reception and introduce; - Well known about company's profile, can answer general questions to the guests, provide with non-confidential information;- Responsible for daily reception, interpretation and document translation;- Responsible for the distribution of documents, notification, make distribution records and keep on file;- Assist reception supervisor to complete certain documents' printing, copying, editing works;- Responsible for management of office supplies and office equipments' cleaning and maintenance;- Daily maintain cleanliness in the reception area, manage the area's newspapers, magazines, bonsai plants;- Complete other works assigned by leader;- Have a good sense of service, skilled use of computer, fax machines, copiers, printers and other office equipment; familiar with office software such as: WPS. Office etc.
Requirements:
- Foreign female candidate. Age: between 20-30 years old;- Bachelor degree, fluent English and conversational Chinese;- Candidates who worked in medical beauty organization over 1 year preferred;- Good temperament, height: 165-170cm.
