A Beijing Game Studio is looking for a Project Manager
Position
Project Manager at a game studio leads project management, resource planning and process development, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of high quality assets and codes throughout the development life cycles while enabling the developers to focus on their strengths and deliver their highest quality work.
Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and relay feedback to the developers and artists
• Develop and maintain effective project plans and schedules across multiple titles
• Forecast, develop and execute staffing and resource plans required to deliver the product lineup on time
Requirements
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills, preferences will be given those with strong technical and software backgrounds
• Experience in managing complex software products, preferences will be given to those with previous game production project management experiences
• Native English speaker, preferences will be given to those who can speak Chinese in addition
• Avid game player, preferences will be given to those who have experiences in making games
