The following is a job description for the Procurement Manger I would need to hire
immediately.
- Researching for new suppliers SEE LIST BELOW of PRODUCTS & Markets
- Following market trends taking direction from specific Project Needs
- Liaising with suppliers, keeping specific records on Suppliers such as
o Name of Company
o Location of Company
o Number of Employees
o Annual Turn Over
o Size of Factory
o Ownership & Directors
- Negotiating prices with suppliers always keeping in mind to respect the
supplier’s needs that dove tail with our needs.
- Reviewing tenders to maintain our gross margin per project
- Following up with suppliers concerning delivery times and at all times filling out
and maintaining Load Plans per our template to insure ON TIME DELIVERY
- Managing budgets of out of pocket expenses
- Preparing reports per our standard reporting format of which will supplied to
you.
- Reporting to Senior Manager, Alex Bisagni
- Visiting factories on as needed basis and conducting (or managing) quality
control at all times.
o Supply FF&E Products to the Hospitality Industry listed below
in specific Markets.
