In preparation for our entry into Mainland China market, we are looking for one Marketing Support and Customer Service Representative

Job Description
The successful candidate will primarily be assisting the marketing, customer service and office administrative work that include but are not limited to:

• Assisting with executing marketing campaigns, tracking results and evaluating their effectiveness of different campaigns and submit marketing reports upon request;
• Maintaining and updating a customer database and assisting with the timely distribution of marketing information, newsletters and catalogs; placing orders of samples, catalogs and other materials and keep a good record of inventory;
• Keeping frequent communication with our customers and help them with familiarizing our ordering and processing system, tracking orders and shooting troubles and problems;
• Creating customized marketing and promotion materials as required;
• Filing office documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, business &/or marketing major preferred; fluent in both English and Mandarin in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office; internet
• Good business communication and interpersonal skills and well-organized in office work,

• A male preferred.
