Credit Manager

Responsibilities:
- Support Senior Credit Manager in introduction and implementation of group credit management polices and procedures.
- Monitor deviations from Group and Regional procedures and policies and take necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure effective and efficient credit management reporting and daily credit management in China.
- Ensure that company receivables are managed effectively by balancing business growth/support and company interest.
- Develop yearly targets for DSO and overdue in cooperation with respective sales organizations.
- Ensure a good (operational) relationship with finance, reporting and credit insurance teams.
- Other assignments by Senior Credit Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years’ working experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Be proficient in MS Office and ERP system.
- Good business sense and problem-solving capability.
