R&D Front End Engineer

REQUIREMENT
1. 8 years+ working experience of biomedical material especially absorbable material. (if Ph.D. or M.D. the experience can be flexible)
2. Education or Knowledge of biomedical polymer, materials chemistry realted.
3. Experience of new product development.
4. Experience of Front End or Mkt Research/VOC: to listen to the customer/doctor needs.
5. Good Communication both in Mandarin/English.
6. R&D Attitude: Passion to work, Intellectual curiosity, Self-Motivated.
SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE
-This job description covers skills and responsibilities of the RD Product Design Engineer position located in the Ethicon China RD facility.
-The Product Design Engineer is responsible for: Interacting with customers, such as surgeons and medical professionals to understand market needs; executing specific and general assignments that establish the feasibility of innovative, functional product concept designs; and/or, Executing specific and general assignments that provide innovative, functional, cost effective and validated product designs.
