Founded in 1968, is one of famous home appliances business in the world specializes in the manufacturing of household appliances Now trying to set up offices in India and Vietnam.
Number of person required: 8 Indians and 8 Vietnamese
Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1 Learn to Formulate the capacity plan and operational plans for the production units
2 Assist in Generate a plan that can meet the customers' requirement on delivery and enhance the needs for the Sales and Marketing
3 Maximize the company's resources by deploying proper machining and manpower in order to optimize the output efficiency and effectiveness for the organization.
4 Require a proper chain management by monitoring and coordinating a good chain management on the processes from the estimation of goods' receipt, issuing of materials, production preparation, internal and external manufacturing till packing.
5 Ensure the planned activities are executed and capable to generate a contingency plan when discrepancies arouse.
6 Capable to communicate with all level of personnel
Requirements:
1 Bachelor Degree, major in Manufacture preferred
2 Fresh graduate student with educational background in famous university of China
3 Good command of English and Mandarin, with the capability of listening, speaking and writing Chinese preferred.
4 Have knowledge of merchandising, data analysis, production planning and control preferred
5 Willing to obey the rule of Company, and follow the training, rotation and assessment policy.
6 Good team player and highly motivated personnel with great drive to excel

Duration: Permanent ,spend one year apprentice in China ,then will be sent to company’s overseas offices in Indian or Vietnam
Salary: Apprentice compensation start from 5000 RMB/ to 7000 yuan per month based on interview
After one year, a pay increase will be provided.
