SENIOR DESIGNER for a DESIGN FIRM

Archibat is looking for a SENIOR DESIGNER for a DESIGN FIRM based in several cities in China
Missions:
- Initiate design concept, layouts and material selection
- Handle presentation with concept diagrams , drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
- Prepare documentation, working drawings, detail drawings and various specifications for tendering procedures
- Coordinate and maintains relationship with clients, consultants and contractors
Profile :
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or related
- Minimum 3-4 years post qualification experience, preferably with experience in signage and way-finding design
- Creative, trouble shooter, results oriented, Willing to travel
- Proficiency in CAD, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Thorough, with a strong eye for detail, ensure accuracy of all work produced
- Excellent presentation skill is a must.
- Good team player with mature working attitude
- English native speaker; Mandarin will be a great advantage.
Position based in Beijing
Level of experience : 2-5 years, 5-10 years
IT software experience :
Languages : English : Fluent
Type of contract : Fixed-term contract
