Duties:
- Ensure the daily relationship with the Client and make a reporting to his Area Manager with relevant Information.
- Guarantee the satisfaction of the Client's Employees within the contract frame.
- Manage and train his team, and help them to develop Service spirit, Team spirit and spirit of progress.
- Guarantee the financial results of his site according to the objectives determined by his Area manager.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge and experience of F&B management in an international environment
- Strong communication & relationship skills in an international environment
- High sense of innovation
- Strong understanding of P&L financial management
- Must bear a clean hygiene license for food industry
- Bachelor degree or above
- Conversational Chinese
- Chinese overseas returnees also fine
