Responsibilities
The success candidate will join the CRM service team to provide professional CRM service to a world famous cosmetic industry company.
1. Be responsible to research and analyze the CRM database to support the business decision. Strong abilities for working with numbers and able to translate them in a friendly and easy to understand language.
2. Be responsible to define and explain regular reports and give suggestion then draw the professional conclusion for client.
3. Be responsible to maintain and improve various reports generated by the reporting team.
4. Discuss report design to allow extensibility and flexibility.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor/Master degree preferable in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics (quantitative field).
2. 3+ years experiences in modeling, data analysis and data manipulation.3. Define optimal industry solutions for clients by analyzing their business objectives
4. Excellent analytical capabilities
5. Experience in cosmetic or retail industry is required
6. English (speaking, writing) is a must
7. Solid knowledge with CRM is preferred.
8. Result focused, with a track record of achievement.
9. Detail oriented, energetic and eager to learn.
