International Sales and Marketing Director

China Internship Solutions Corp (CISC)
in Beijing
Joining a fast growing business and team, this position will be initially based in Beijing, with potential being transferred to its London office once proven to be fit for the job.
The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic, self-driven and passionate. Minimum 5 years proven sales and marketing/PR experience with a reputable international firm, good computer skills and strong communication skills. Fluent or native level English is essential for this role. Reporting to the General Manager of the Beijing office, this person has to work with the teams in Shanghai/Hong Kong and the UK, your responsibilities would comprise the following:
Design marketing plans/activities for its overseas markets
Explore and build new marketing channels, including identifying online promotion avenues
Maintain and build relations with University Careers services in the UK, US and other English Speaking countries
Source program host companies of both international and domestic enterprises in Beijing, Shanghai and other major China cities and maintain sound relationship therewith
Build relationships with local and international media, to get maximum exposure
Design newsletters with updates on market trends and competition
Oversee LinkedIn, Facebook and other social network profiles
Organize welcoming events/drinks for new participants
Attend local chamber networking events along with interested participants
Maintain relationship with existing internship providers and develop new ones
Develop relationships with Chinese language study providers and local tour operators and update products offer accordingly
Design new marketing literature and update online marketing content regularly.
Manage FDI lead generation activities for clients as required.
