Engineering Project Managers

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Project Manager is accountable for the overall performance and control of assigned projects to meet and exceed client expectation for on-time delivery and high quality, and play an integral role in the coordination among internal departments, suppliers and clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conducting feasibilities study of the project, organizing site checking and clarifying the site information with the clients.
2. Fully understanding clients’ needs and on the basis of it developing design strategy.
3. Discussing on-site construction requirements in detail with clients ; setting project schedules and ensuring on-time delivery in each phase; supervising construction work throughout the project and make sure providing excellent design work for the client.
4. Producing detailed CAD drawings of the layouts, models and schemes.
5. Attending meetings with the clients, giving the presentation of design result.
6. Selecting the subcontractors if necessary and supervising their work to make sure reach a high standard and proceed according to the project schedule.
7. Coordinating and maintaining good relationships with the clients.
8. Playing a leading role within a team to ensure high work efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree (or above) , in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
2. Minimum 8 years of working experience in project management within design industry or a similar field; experience in leading or participating in construction of large-scale pharmaceutical or healthcare projects is a plus.
3. Be able to deeply understand the client’s demand; have strong communication and coordination skills.
4. Strong project management skills.
5. Proficiency in software AutoCAD, PDF, Powerpoint, etc.
6. Well-organized, problem-solving oriented and can work under pressure.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Be able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
