Assistant Warehouse Manager

We need an overseas educated High IT user level with managerial work experience both abroad and in China With Advanced literacy skills in both spoken Chinese and Englishto Document and develop existing processes in our busy warehouse
Chinavasion is a leading product sourcing and international trade specialist in the consumer electronics market. We specialize in sourcing products from many of the world’s most dynamic and emerging markets, with a particular focus on China.
We are an established Chinese international trade firm based in Nanshan with over 100 employees including many foreign staff.
This is an interesting long-term and stable position which would suit young expats who strongly wish to settle down for a long China career living in Shenzhen.

Main Duties:
The successful candidate will
Create short term improvements in security, accuracy, efficiency, and documentation.
Work with Logistics Dept manager on all workforce planning issues and workflow definitions.
Take part in daily warehouse operations.
Have responsibility for controlling warehouse data operations and reports.
Manage warehouse inventory methods and regular stock check reporting.
Office Working hours:
• 9am-6pm Monday-Friday
• Daily lunch break 1200-1330
• Several days' paid holiday for all staff in addition to Chinese national holidays.
More Stuff To Know:
• Salary range c 12,000 RMB -30,000 Rmb depending on experience / month after probation period, with advancement prospects. Working visa application after 3 month probation period.
• Training / evaluation period of 3 months before signing full contract; salary raised to full level after trial period; all details explained in offer to successful candidate.
• We will assist the successful applicant in applying for a China working visa and residence permit

Please note that the company only recruits people who are currently resident in China. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend face to face interviews at our company offices in Shenzhen, however this will be at their own expense.
