Language Learning and Development Specialist

Lane Crawford Department Store (Beijing) Limited Looking For A Full Time Language Learning and Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. To develop, implement and conduct English language training which motivates and builds competence across all levels of store and office staff
2. To analyse the English competence levels of staff and make recommendations regarding suitable levels of English training
3. To develop English training activities using a variety of learning techniques in order to maximize learning opportunities
4. To plan, organize and manage English training activities and English Language projects, ensuring regular feedback and updates to key stakeholders as required
5. To assist with other training projects that require English language skills as requested
6. To keep records of individuals progress/ problems and work to alleviate them
Requirements:
1. NATIVE English speaker, Bachelor Degree or above
2. 3-5 yrs of English teaching experience in China
3. Ability to develop various levels of curriculums for diverse English learners
4. Mandarin ability is preferred
5. Good computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, etc
