Seeking English Trainer with Legal Background

We are a training firm that specializes in corporate business writing training. We are looking for an English trainer who has been a lawyer or practiced law before and preferably has management or business experience.
The client the trainer will be teaching is a contract manager in a large multi-national company. She speaks good English and needs to improve her legal English. The lessons will be on a bi-weekly basis and each lesson is two hours long.
