Work Location: Chengdu.
Position offered as following:
Customer Service Representative (7 persons) and Team Leader (1 person)
Task:
- Perform basic processes related to order submission and order processing
- Answer order-related customer inquiries by e-mail, phone and fax
Requirements:
- Japan Nationality
- Good English Reading & Writing Skill (Speaking & Listening not necessary)
- Able to communicate in Chinese
- Have leadership ability to manage a team (For Team Leader Position)
