Manufacturing Engineering Assistant / Manager (Plastic Injection Mold)

Reports to Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians to execute daily routine trouble shooting in production and handle new product launch.
Implement new design, tooling, fixture and process layout for new product with safety consideration.
Improve production efficiency and quality by enhancing machine operations and automating production process.
Streamline the manufacturing system support to produce high quality product.
Follow up and provide support for new product development from design, pilot run to mass production and driver for PFMEA and DOE process.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in plastic or metal assembly process.
Proven skill on working with Ultrasonic and High Frequency Machines.
Exposure in multi-national company is preferable.
Strong analytical, management and communication skills.
Able to handle project independently and work under pressure.
Good command of English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese local.
