Senior Relocation Consultant

The job responsibility including: conducting pre-move survey at client’s residence, provide complete relocation information, customs procedures, packing procedures, application of transit insurance, prepare quotation; and to follow-up with the client or the company to book the business..
The job responsibility also including the after sales follow-up, assistance in preparing documents, communication between client and the destination office, etc.
You might request to travel to other cities to conduct the physical survey, including working on weekends and holidays.
The candidate must be self-initiative, enthusiasm and have good personality to assist the clients. Speaking native English and other languages is an advantage.
