Objectives and contents of the Internship
The company is looking for an intern to join its international Event marketing team. The role of the intern will be to assist Project Manager in Pre-event Planning Organization, Supplier Sourcing & Coordination,
Logistics Flow Through Planning, Budget Planning & Management, Event Scheduling, Execution & Management, Full Scale Supplier Coordination and On-site Human Resource Management.
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
Linguistic knowledge: Fluency in both oral and written English is mandatory, fluency in oral Chinese is mandatory.
IT Skills: Windows OS and MS Office proficiency
Specialistic knowledge: none
Personal characteristics: Excellent communication and presentation skills, creativity, enthusiasm, open mentality and strong ability to work in multicultural environments, flexibility in time and tasks, ability to work in high-pressure, deadline driven environments.
